Turn on as many lights as you can. Your body is attuned to light, and it will signal your body that it's "awake time".<br /><br />2. If you're going to take a test, eat eggs for breakfast. There is a study which links eggs (specifically) to memory retention.<br /><br />3. Eat light in the morning so your stomach isn't fighting your brain.<br /><br />4. Take a lukewarm shower.
