  3. I would put a type of seafood in each slot. Such as shrimp, and then fish sticks then nuggets of fried catfish and then crab meat chunks. I would have a really good seafood sauce with horseradish in it for dipping.

  4. I would add different types of fruit, such as apple slices, or perhaps banana and apple chips, and have a yogurt poppyseed dip or caramel dip in the center. YUM!!

    Or perhaps peppers, pitas, and hummus!

  7. I would put a homemade ranch dressing in the center and then in the pockets I would put carrots, celery, radishes, cucumbers, mini bell peppers, black olives and mini cornichons.
