So for anyone who was on my blog yesterday, I asked about a mystery bird. It was a heron! I think that is the first heron I have ever seen. Really neat :)
I live in Florida, on the Gulf of Mexico and I see Heron all the time on the beach. I had no idea they would be in your neck of the woods. I didn't comment on your post yesterday, because I just couldn't believe that is what it was.

That was the first time we'd ever seen one of these in our area. We see many other birds but this was first.
