Hey, thanks for stopping by my blog! I thought I'd come here and answer your question about eating and motivation to exercise. Basically, I plan out all the times I'm going to exercise, so it's a no-excuses kind of thing. Even if I don't feel like it one day, I know that I've planned it in and I make myself do it. I never regret it afterwards. As for eating, that's an entirely different monster! Sometimes I'm weak and cave in to cravings, but most of the time I allow myself enough little treats to satisfy me. For example, I love chocolate, so I just allow myself to have one Dove chocolate square a day, and it satisfies my desire for it! I also plan out most of my meals in advance so I know how many calories I'm going to consume and if there's any wiggle room to allow for something extra.
