Losing Weight...For Real This Time

I am really determined to lose up to 20 pounds!  I watch everyone on facebook, on blogs, in real life lose weight, so there is no reason I can't also!

So far, I have just cut desserts out of my diet...I haven't really made any other changes.  I have already lost a few pounds, so I am optimistic!

I am also walking and going to yoga twice a week.  Wish me luck!  All pointers appreciated :)

Wishing you luck. Making the decision is the start. I finally had enough and started in January. Haven't cheated at all but was on an 8 week plateau that drove me crazy. I have lost 27 pounds and I am doing low carbs. It works for me and I find it so simple.

Good luck! :) Make sure you're getting enough protein (60+ grams a day), or your body will burn muscle instead of fat. And lots of water of course! I had weight loss surgery a couple years ago and lost 100 pounds, but I need to get back to eating right. I'm a sucker for junk food!
