Restaurant Review - Souper Salad

We got a coupon book in the mail - so I have a few more leads of where to go to eat.  I found a coupon for Souper Salad, and my dad agreed to go try it.

I went crazy at the salad bar part and took way more salad than I could eat - oops.  I also tried the potato salad (yummy), the fettuccine pasta salad (delicious but I could taste the weight going on my hips) and some other pasta which tasted like boiled noodles :(.  I branched out a little on the soup and tried the Holiday Harvest soup.  It had chicken, wild rice, tons of veggies, heavy cream, and seasonings.  It was sooooo good!

I wish this picture was a bit less blurry.  On the left are breads - garlic breadstick, cornbread, pumpkin bread, and apple cinnamon bread.  The cornbread was kinda weird but the others were delicious, especially the garlic breadstick!  On the right is nachos, macaroni and cheese, and pizza (the healthy plate).  These all tasted pretty typical of a buffet.

My dad's plate looked similar to mine, so I didn't take a picture of his.  This food was pretty good, but I might only go when I had another coupon.

Do you have a Souper Salad near you?  Judging from the website, it doesn't look like there are too many of them.

We don't, sadly. I'm a huge soup/salad person. I can't think of anything I like more for lunch.
And mac and cheese! Yum!

We don't have one here either. I love a great salad and a good bowl of soup. Makes for a nice meal.

Have a fabulous day. ☺

We don't have one near us.

I'd love it though. When I go to Panera - I get soup and sandwiches. All different kinds. Then I split up everything to give this child this and that, me this and that, and so on. We all end up with a little bit of everything.

We don't have one of these near us sadly, but we do have Noodles & Company, which does salads and noodles (such as gourmet mac and cheese). If you have one of those near you, I highly recommend ;)

I miss Souper Salad. It was one of our family favorites when we lived in Utah. Sadly there is not a single one in my neck of the woods. I think the coupons would definitely be the way to go too.

Never even knew there was such a place, so nope, none here haha sounds decent enough, as long as you have a coupon lol

They had one of these where I went to college in Texas and I used to like to eat there.

I haven't heard of this place, but I'd like to try them. I love scoping the coupon books that come in the mail. It really is a great resource to find new places to dine in the neighborhood.

I don't have access to anything like this unless I take a day trip out of the mountains. I wish I did though, I love variety in food.

Is that a salad buffet place? I went to one called Sweet Tomato in Chicago while visiting my sister and I loved it. We don't have any salad buffets here.

We don't have a Souper Salad but we do have Soup Plantation and Soup Exchange -- both are excellent and I should go there more often. Their salads are just amazing! Your dinner looks good!

We don't have one here that I know of. There was a great salad place in North Houston that I used to like to go to when we lived there. I wish there were more resturants like this out there!!!
