Awesome Gift Exchange!

This past holiday was the most expensive one ever.  I ended up in many different gift exchanges.  One of my coolest gifts came from work.  We had to buy each other mugs and fill them with snacks/candies.  My coworker found a mug that kind of looked like my dog, Hunter.  It is sooooo cute.

Dog Sitting and Walking

Whew, it has been a really long time since I have blogged but I feel inspired to write right now because I just got home from dog sitting and I already miss her.

I have watched a few dogs in the past, but only when asked randomly by people.  After being asked to walk someone's dog over winter break, I realized I should walk dogs and dog sit more since I love it!

It is so fun to get to meet new dogs and to introduce them to my dog, Hunter.

Premier Easy Walk Harness

While I love my dog, he is a puller on walks.  When we got Hunter a little over a year ago, it was awful.  My mom did a fantastic job leash training him and he got way better.  Recently though, he has gone back to his old ways.  We got fed up and finally bought him a Premier Easy Walk Harness the other day.  It is amazing!!!!!

While the packaging says that it only helps with pulling, I say it has stopped it completely.  Walking him is a whole new experience.  The leash always has slack and we are both happier for it.

I wasn't given this product for review or anything, I just went to the pet store, asked for their help, and this is what they recommended.  If you have a dog that pulls, you have to try this harness.  It is the one of the best investments you will ever make!

Hunter was pretty uncooperative about posing for a picture.  But you can see the leash clips on in the front chest area instead of on the back of his neck.

Hunter's New Haircut

My precious little cocker spaniel, Hunter, loves getting dirty.  We have groomed him more in the last year than we groomed our other dogs in two years!  After Hunter's most recent trip to be boarded (at an awesome place called Camp Canine where he gets to swim!), we had him groomed with a puppy-ish cut.  He came out too cute not to share with you all!!!!
