Silly Haiku Wednesday - #7

Join the fun!

The basics:
Haiku is simple! It is 3 non-rhyming lines of 5, 7, and 5 syllables respectively (a great way to use your fingers!)

This week’s theme is: Light

The moon shines above
Giving off just enough light
Very beautiful

I totally spaced today but better late than never, right?

Of course better late than never! I never even thought about the moon light for the Haiku and you're the second moon one. I instantly thought of the days getting shorter!

The moon is amazing though, it makes me realise how small we are, just thinking of us rotating is space and the moon circling around.

PS I take it your pun "totally spaced out" was entirely intended!

Great haiku! That is one cool picture, too.

Always better late than never!(and I'm late anyway because I was out of town yesterday!)
