Menu Plan Monday - #3

Laura at Org Junkie runs Menu Plan Monday each week. I cannot even think about 3 meals a day so I will still keep it to just dinner for now.

Monday - Tacos
Tuesday - Crockpot chicken and dumplings (recipe from Amy at Cutting Coupons in KC)
Wednesday - Quesadillas (and I am re-using the shredded chicken leftover from the Chicken enchiladas...this planning is a good thing)
Thursday - Fish and steak on the bbq
Friday - Breakfast for dinner (my mom wants pancakes and I want an omelet)
Saturday- Parmesan tilapia (recipe from Chubbie Chica)
Sunday - Club sandwiches (using this cool new turkey bacon I found)

I don't plan three meals a day either - breakfast is usually pretty much the same every day, and lunch is leftovers . . .

And you're the second person I've seen who's making quesadillas this week!

Risotto is really easy to make. Plus, once you've made it you are pretty much set to change it up any way you please--the basic recipe allows for a lot of adaptation.

Hi Becca! Thanks for visiting my blog!
I'm planning to make the BBQ chicken pizza. I've never made it before, but the recipe I am planning to follow is on this website - you have to scroll down to see it:

Good luck with the menu planning - I hope you find it helpful!

Yum! The crockpot chicken & dumplings and the tilapia sound delish! Thanks for visiting my place, and DON'T be too impressed with my recipes - I have been known to throw in Hamburger Helper for my Menu Plan Mondays :)

I want to add to the request to let us know about the chicken & dunplings! Sound yummy but a bit scary too!

Hey Becca. Thanks for stopping by my blog. My turkey burgers are ground turkey patted out like hamburgers and cooked on the stovetop. Basically, they're turkey burgers minus the bun. I serve with a dipping sauce like A1.

Your recipes sound yummy! I think I'll be trying that chicken and dumplings one for sure!

Thanks for stopping by my blog. We love homemade pizza night here. Everyone loads up their half of pizza or own with whatever they want. I make mine on FlatOut since I'm dieting.

Your menu looks great. The Parmesan Baked Tilapia sounds good. We are going to have tilapia next week. I'll have to decide on what recipe to use. I have two new ones for tilapia to choose from now. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Becca! I use this recipe (http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/The-Best-Unbaked-Cherry-Cheesecake-Ever/Detail.aspx) for no-bake cheesecake, but instead of using powdered sugar and cream, I use 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and 1/4 cup of lemon juice. It's easy and delicious!

Your club sandwich reminds me that I have some turkey in the fridge to use up and a club would be fantastic! :-)

Hi! Thanks for stopping by my blog! You mentioned about my healthy snacks, my husband and I have been doing the WW counting and he has been doing well and losing weight! So I have been really trying to keep fruit in the house since it is much more filling and hardly any points/calories!
