Laura at Org Junkie runs Menu Plan Monday each week. I cannot even think about 3 meals a day so I will still keep it to just dinner for now. And as an update, last week went way off plan after my grandma broke her hip and went to the hospital.
Monday - Fish
Tuesday - Hospital food (Normally a turkey burger or grilled cheese and turkey)
Wednesday - Hopefully my aunt will bring me Chinese food, otherwise hospital food it is
Thursday -
Chicken EnchiladasFriday - Turkey dogs
Saturday - Leftover chicken enchiladas
Sunday - Turkey burgers

The Chicken Enchiladas look tasty and I might have to try them also! SO sorry to hear about your grandma! My grandma did that a few years back and it was a long road to recovery but she is doing fine now!! I wish your family all the best!!!!

Thanks for the comment. My husband and I LOVE spinach(anyway). Do you like feta? Spinach and feta make a great combination. I have more recipes to post that include cooked spinach. Just keep checking out my blog. I hope your grandma feels better soon.
So sorry to hear about your grandma.
The enchiladas sound really good! I've bookmarked them.
Chicken salad on croissants might be my favorite sandwich ever!
Hope your grandma is feel better soon, poor thing! Sending over a little prayer for her.
I do hope that she is doing better now! The enchiladas do sound wonderful.
Beginning August 5, I will be hosting Crock Pot Wednesdays. I hope you will join in the fun. There will be prizes:) I hope your grandmother is better.
The enchilada recipe looks good and easy. Thanks for sharing!
I am adding the enchiladas to next weeks menu.
I hope your grandma recovers as quickly from this as is possible. My grandma broke her hip several years ago. She broke it in just the right place that with surgery she was walking on it in less than a week. The only problem we had with her recovery was her insistance of handsome PT's.
Don't forget to take care of yourself!
sorry to hear about your grandma. hope you're having a good week.
by the way... the cheesy biscuits do remind me of the red lobster ones... only they are less oily, and that makes them taste better to me!
Love the chicken enchilada:-)
I hope your grandma is feeling better soon! Enchiladas sound yummy, I wonder how they'd be without cheese.
I'm making chicken nuggets for the first time. I'm going to be lazy and dip the chicken in my favorite honey mustard then seasoned flour :) But there are lots of recipes on recipezaar that look good!
Hi! Thanks for stopping by. :) Our family is a funky combo of a Lutheran (my husband) and Seventh-day Adventist (me!). We keep Saturday as a "Sabbath", but our boys will be learning their catechisms too ;)
The aebelskivers turned out fantastic, as always - its my father's traditional New Years breakfast, but my husband put in a special request for his birthday. :) We ended up cooking them outside on a propane camp stove because it was already too hot at 8 am in the kitchen!
Hi Becca. Thanks for stopping over at my blog this week.
I wanted to let you know I made Homemade Thin Mints this evening and they were delicious. I used semi sweet chocolate chips and I recommend using a little more mint extract, 1/2 t. The recipe only made 18 cookies but they were good and tasted very similar to thin mints. I hiope you enjoy.
Hi, Becca - thanks for visiting my blog earlier - I did find the comment that I thought I'd deleted from the laptop . . . or rather, my husband found it!
If you have any available, a little fresh tarragon mixed into your turkey burgers is FABULOUS - it's a favorite in our house!
I love turkey burgers!! I use McCormick's Hamburger spice and it makes them taste just like a regular burger (ok, so maybe not quite, but they are really good).
Chicken enchiladas sounds yum!
I love chicken enchiladas - might have to try them this week!
Oh, enchiladas are one of our favorites too! Thanks for stopping by my blog.
SO sorry about your grandma! I hope she heals quickly!
Thanks for stopping by my blog. Pizza burgers are just hamburgers made by mixing ground beef with minced garlic, a bit of pizza sauce and italian seasoning. Form them into patties and grill. Top with mozarella or provolone slices and a spoonful of pizza sauce. I serve them on toasted buns. The kids love them.
Blessings,
Lisa
