4 cloves garlic
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo-style pasta sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
4 ounces of cream cheese, softened
Spinach and garlic (yes, I forgot to mash my garlic up and had to do it messily later)
Sliced up artichoke hearts
1. Preheat oven to 350. Place garlic in a small baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven 20 to 30 minutes, until soft. Remove from heat. When cool enough to touch, squeeze softened garlic from skins and mash it up.
2. Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl.

3. Pour/spread the ingredients into an 8x8 baking dish.
4. Cover and bake for 30 minutes, or until cheeses are melted and bubbly. (I uncovered it at the end so it would get a little brown on top)
5. Serve warm.

That's one of my favorite things to eat! But I don't think I've ever made it before. I'll have to try. :)
Mmmmm! I've never tried making this dip myself but I've had it elsewhere with bread and have always really liked it. I might just have to give this a shot!
Yummmm...this is one of my favorite dips, and this recipe looks way easier than the one I usually make.
