Aloha Friday #11

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. Thanks to Kailani at An Island Life for starting this fun for Friday. I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog . Please be sure to head over to her blog to say hello and sign the Mr. Linky there if you are participating.

My question is:

How tall are you?

I always lie and tell people I am 4'11 but I am really 4'10. I have been with my 12 year old cousin the past few days and when she hugged my goodbye today our grandma commented on how she bent over to hug me. *sigh*

I'm 6' 1". I used to want to be taller when I played basketball but not so much now. In fact, I think i'm shrinking as I get older. :)

I'm 5'5" 1/2 but I actually used to be taller. When I was 17 I fractured two vertebra & flattened my discs quite severely. Before that happened I was 5'6" 1/2. Sigh... for that lost inch... lol

I am 5'10. I used to be 5'10 1/2, but I shrunk after having lil' D. My feet grew from a 10 to a 10 1/2 or 11 in sneakers. I can still get away with 10 for flats and sandals. Aloha and take care.

I am 5'4". I was the tallest girl in my class until 5th grade when everyone caught up, and surpassed me. Aloha!

6'1 and hate it. with it comes big feet and the inability to find pants to touch the top of your shoes. lol

I'm 5'9" and it's not so bad now. As a kid it was tough. Always the tallest and being a girl sucked.

I am 5'8". I used to be a little taller, but apparently having kids makes you shrink. :)

I'm 5'6, my 13 yr. old son though is almost as tall as me. And my daughter is getting tall too. I think I may be the shortest one in my house soon.

I am 5'6". My soon to be husband "says" he is 5;10" but I am having a hard time finding shoes for the wedding so that I am not taller than him :) Thanks for stopping by my blog today! I am starting a new carnival, Community Service Saturday, and just posted my second week. I would love it if you stopped back by. :)
