Aloha Friday #39 - Movies

Welcome to this week’s edition of Aloha Friday. Thanks to Kailani at An Island Life for starting this fun for Friday. I’ll ask a simple question for you to answer. Nothing that requires a lengthy response. If you’d like to participate, just post your own question on your blog . Please be sure to head over to her blog to say hello and sign the Mr. Linky there if you are participating.

Do you get out to the movies much?  Is there anything you are looking forward to seeing this month?

I only want to see The Hunger Games later this month.  Nothing else has caught my interest.

Nope, I do not living in Japan. Although we have a theater on base we get movies well after they are released in the states and select ones, usually ones we don't care to see, lol.

I'm not much of a movie person, can't remember the last time I went to see a movie.

I rarely get to the movies these days. There are lots that I would see but I usually wait until it hits OnDemand.

We rarely go to the movies, but Princess Nagger and I have a 'date' this afternoon (since she has early dismissal today) to go see The Lorax. :)

I'm not a huge movie-goer, but I'm kinda wanting to see Safe House.

I took a vacation day today and it's perfect movie-going weather. But I'm not sure I feel like getting dressed.

And I can assure you, NO ONE at the theater wants to see THIS mess today.

We only go 1-3 times a year. It's so expensive! We just saw The Lorax the other night, though. I can't think what else I really want to see right now...

We do not go to the movies very often. Right now I would love to take the kids to see The Lorax and Mirror Mirror. Then I want to go to see The Hunger Games.

I love the movies! I worked at one for 3 years when I was a teenager. It was something my mom and I always did together :) Unfortunately having little ones makes it difficult to go, and much more expensive!

I'm excited to see The Lorax and The Hunger Games of course!!! :D

I think in the past dozen years I have paid full price for a movie maybe 3 or 4 times, I wait for movies to hit the cheap theater or Redbox. But I am psyched for Hunger Games and just might see it in the fancy theater.

I just went to see Act of Valor this week. That was amazing what those guys are trained to do.

I don't really get to the movies much. The last movie I went to the theater to see was "The Help." I read the book so couldn't wait to see the movie. I usually wait until a movie I want to see comes on TV. I just recently watched "The Lincoln Lawyer" on TV. Again I had read the book, and wanted to see the movie version.

Thanks for your visit yesterday.

The last movie I saw at the theater was Winnie the Pooh with my 5 year old. I'm not much into movies and usually just wait for the dvd.

happy weekend to you!

I don't see movies very often since I would need to find someone to watch my youngest. However, I am definitely going to see The Hunger Games when it comes out later this month. I can't wait!
